Effortless Meditation™ tune-ups

Effortless Meditation™ is easy to learn and effortless to practice. Everyone becomes self-sufficient MEDITATING.WOMAN..Stock.Adobe.com(1)with EM in the first week, i.e. by the end of the first four instruction sessions. Despite the ease of learning and practicing EM, it’s beneficial to have some additional follow-up to your course, especially in the first year.

We suggest an optional one-hour tune-up every 2-3 months for the first year. Every session includes a meditation check-up and discussion. These are helpful to further refine and reinforce the practice. The bottom line is these solidify your meditation practice and enhance your experience.
